Empty Street - Poem

Do you know that empty street?
Where no one goes.
At night, no light glows.
It stays dark, and no one ever greets.
That's what loneliness sounds like,
Where you and I never meet,
'Us' remains a trivial event of life.
Oh, my heart formed under a paper-like sheath.
It could burn so easily,
Leaving the ashes behind in the void,
Wandering in the sky so freely.
Did I not forget to collect and throw?
As the burnt leaves never grow.
Almost in the morning, they sustained air,
And now they can't even breathe.
Although these eyes never cry,
The pillow often remains dry.
The sounds at night are always quiet,
As if the street is empty and has lost its light.
